"Same wine as Dry Riesling but fermentation stopped by chilling. Nose a little richer than the Dry version. Pungent and at least Spätlese level of sweetness. Good balance. I'm not quite sure how I'd drink this – with which foods? Not at all funky despite the wild yeast."
