CHARDONNAY 2014
MAYACAMAS VINEYARDS

The vineyards at Mayacamas yield crops of small, intensely flavoured fruit, resulting in this beautifully crafted Chardonnay.

  • Beautifully balanced with great freshness, minerality, and candied lemon aromas.
  • Mayacamas’s Chardonnay comes from the oldest vines on the estate grown high up on the mountainside.
  • Classic winemaking techniques are used; wines are aged in French oak for a year before bottling.
  • The wines are delicious now, but best drunk after a few years.
  • This is delicious on its own, but particularly good when paired with crab cakes.
