LATE BOTTLED VINTAGE PORT 2004
WARRE

This LBV from Warre's is still made in the traditional way - bottled unfiltered then aged for a number of years before being released only when it is ready. As a result, it is vastly superior to most other LBV Ports, and a brilliant value substitute for full Vintage Port.

  • Full-bodied, rich and sweet; deep, dark fruit flavours; long, elegant finish.
  • Traditional Late Bottled Vintage Port - this is unfiltered and aged for many years in bottle before release.
  • Warre is the oldest British Port shipper and one of the few still to make LBV in the traditional way.
  • By the time it is released, this is fully mature and ready to drink.
  • Because it is unfiltered, this LBV should be decanted to leave the sediment behind.
