SANCERRE ROUGE 2013
GERARD ET PIERRE MORIN

Beautifully pure, bright and juicy Pinot Noir, grown by top Sancerre producer Pierre Morin, son of the now retired Gerard.

  • Ripe cherry and strawberry aromas, light to medium-bodied, long juicy finish.
  • A perfect red to serve lightly chilled, as a refreshing, flavoursome alternative to white or rosé.
  • Aged for 12 months in two to four year-old barrels, adding silky-smooth texture, but no heavy oak character.
  • Drink up to 7 years after release
  • Match with lighter, picnic-style foods, charcuterie, game birds, rich white meat dishes.
