“This is originally a Rhone varietal that is nearly extinct there, but has been brought to wonderful, invigorating life in the hands of Chris Brockway. A deep cherry colour with white pepper, cinnamon and herbaceous notes on the nose. Bright and juicy with bursting cherry fruit on the palate, hints of sweet spice and vibrant acidity – clean as a whistle. Sensational.”
