TASTING NOTES

This Cabernet Sauvignon is made completely without oak and is bottled unfiltered to retain the maximum amount of flavour from the fruit. The resulting wine is intense, with a powerful and exceptionally pure blackcurrant flavour.

PRODUCER NOTES

With 6,850 vines per hectare and designed to make highly concentrated and complex wines, the low yields also bring soft tannins. The terroir is 1050 meters above sea level, which is ideal.
