PRODUCER NOTES
Alois, or ‘Mr K’ as he was known by Manfred Krankl, was one of the brightest stars of wine. His fame principally rested on his superlative sweet white wines that he made in two styles, Nouvelle Vague and Zwischden den Seen. The Nouvelle Vague wines are vinified and aged in new oak, whereas the Zwischden den Seen are produced using the area’s traditional oakless methods. Both are superb and testament to Mr Kracher's genius.
