PRODUCER NOTES
Domaine Lucci believes their byodinamic principles and care for their vineyards enables them to produce a true pure and natural wine. Their wines are naturally fermented, without any adulteration. All of the wines spend some time in oak barrels and they obtain a small amount of new French oak each year. Domaine Lucci shaves and toasts their own barrels in the winery to suit each ferment, never pumping the wine. It is only moved by gravity or pushed by inert gas (argon). All the wines are unfined and unfiltered.
