PRODUCER NOTES
It is in 1519 that we see for the first time appearing in the texts the mention of the Seigniory of Saint-Bonnet.
It was then owned by the Minvielle family, then sold to the Galisson family of Beyres. Jean de Beyres who seemed to have a significant activity of trade in Bordeaux, and bought in 1624 many plots of land to extend the size of the Seigniory.
In 1903 Etienne André Lafon purchases the Field. It was her daughter and her husband, Madam & Mr Merlet-Lafon who helped their children massively improve Tour Saint-Bonnet today.
