One of the region’s most famous and highly respected domaines, Dauvissat sits atop the Chablis hierarchy with an estate divided between the five of the best 1er and Grands Cru sites.
Unlike some of the other top producers Vincent Dauvissat chooses not to stir up the ‘lees’ of the wine (a practice known as bâttonage) and the result is wines that display unbelievable intensity and purity of flavour.
