PRODUCER NOTES
Bouchard Père & Fils are the largest land owners in the entire Côte d’Or (130ha!), and one of the most important négocient houses. They began selling wine way back in 1731, and are today owned by the Henriot Champagne house. Their winery is housed in the beautiful Château de Beaune in the centre of the town and the famous Bouchard cellars are one of Burgundy’s best loved visitor attractions, storing numerous bottles from the 19th century.
