TASTING NOTES

Saint-Véran is a village in the southernmost part of Burgundy, where the warmer climate yields riper grapes, which in turn produce fuller, richer wines with a prominent fruit character. This is a great example, and perfect for drinking now.

PRODUCER NOTES

Terre Secrete is a range made for us by one of the finest co-operatives in the Macon.

Chardonnay is picked at low yields by some of the finest growers in the region and carefully vinified in the co-ops sate of the art cellars.

Designed to be crisp, fresh and complex, The Macon is a wonderful expression of the chardonnay grape, which, incidentally originated in the town of the same name nearby.

The Saint-Veran is sourced from a much smaller select patch of land offers more structure and minerality with greater length than its excellent little brother.
