TASTING NOTES
This is Schaefer's basic Riesling, but coming from such a wonderful producer it unsurprisingly turns out to be an astonishing bargain. Absolutely delicious, pure Riesling fruit and a great place to start exploring one of the best producers in Germany.
PRODUCER NOTES
A legend of the Mosel Valley, Schaefer produces astonishing Riesling at all quality levels from the best vineyards of Graach in the Middel Mosel. With only 2.7 hectares quantities are extremely scarce, but if you can get your hands on the top wines, they age perhaps better than any others in the region.
