TASTING NOTES

Greco di Tufo can come across as a little neutral in the wrong hands, but this is excellent, with a very satisfying flavour of white stone fruit and great freshness on the palate.

PRODUCER NOTES

Feudi di San Gregorio are the major player in Campania, making both reds and whites of outstanding quality. Perhaps surprisingly, the whites are the best-known and come from a range of indigenous grape varieties which give complex but fresh wine with a lovely texture. The reds are classics of southern Italy – big and bold, especially Serpico, a blend of Merlot and Aglianico which ages very well indeed.
