PRODUCER NOTES
Conterno Fantino follows a philosophy that they called 'rational viticulture', which includes sowing of a combination of field beans and leguminous plants, alternated with natural grass regeneration in every other row, with in-row tilling and side-shoot removal to avoid the use of weed-killers. This is a very consistent producer of modern-style Barolo, full of structure, tannins and finesse.
