TASTING NOTES
Made with 5% Semillon added to the usual Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, with 15% aged in French oak alongside the usual stainless steel, this organic, biodynamic wine offers something a bit different in a crowded market. It retains the great freshness so characteristic of New Zealand Sauvignon, but adds a layer of complexity not often seen.
