James and Fabrice Pouillon believe in sustainable agriculture to care for their vineyards. They favour the use of certified organic products and since 2003, Fabrice has begun to experiment with biodynamic methods on a few selected parcels of wine.
A portion of the wines ferment with natural yeasts, and the entire family is involved in the crucial step of the final blending in order to respect the style of the domain.
