Henschke’s Hill of Grace is one of world’s classics – made with painstaking care from ancient shiraz vines which yield a concentrated, complex and deep wine with superb and proven ageing potential. You won’t find a better example of what Australian wine is all about. The Hill’s stratospheric prices make the rest of the range seem tremendous bargains - Mount Eddelstone Shiraz especially, which is a slightly less intense, more elegant version – and as you might expect quality is exceptionally high across the board.
