"This is perfect for this time of year, a big juicy Shiraz that is fresh and lively with a beautiful sweet black cherry finish. Predominantly Shiraz but a proportion of Mouvedre gives this wine a bit of tannic structure that adds freshness to the palate. What a wine! (And its also Natural!)." - Jack Green, wine advisor.
Shobbrook has been making delicious natural wines that have received praise from famous wine critics/experts such as Jancis Robinson.
This one is mostly Shiraz, topped up with a splash of Mourvèdre 12 months in large French casks before being trickled off into bottle. The grapes are hand picked from the great Western Barossa vineyards.
