TASTING NOTES
Made from only the best fruit harvested from the Puente Alto Vineyard in the Maipo Valley, this Cabernet is one of the very best in Chile. Developed as a Chilean/French collaboration with top winemakers from across the Atlantic, this wine is full-bodied and fruit-driven but with a great deal of elegance as well. The best of both worlds.
PRODUCER NOTES
Concha y Toro is the biggest wine producer in South America and a global leader in its field. It was founded in 1883 by Don Melchor de Santiago Concha y Toro and his wife, who brought typically French grape varieties from Bordeaux to Chile - Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Merlot, and Carmenère.
They began exporting wine in 1933, and from the 1950's started to acquire more vineyards and meet higher demands. Their philosophies aim to produce wines of fantastic quality with distinctive characteristics of their vineyards.
They are also dedicated to ongoing research and continuous improvement of their wines. The numerous awards lining their cabinets speak for themselves.
