TASTING NOTES

"I tried this wine for the first time the other day and was shocked as to why I hadn't tasted it before.
Showing my age; the nose was full of 'Parma Violets' with a strong helping of cherries/plums and dusted spice.
Grown within the Rapel Valley in Chile where the climate is hot, the flavour profile is deep and sensual, though thanks to the cooling affect of the 'Humboltd Wind' from Antarctica it manages to maintain its fresh acidity - as such it leaves you salivating for more." - Marc Ditcham, wine advisor.

This excellent Syrah from Chile's Colchagua Valley is meaty, opulent, full-bodied and intensely flavoured. Best paired with rich and hearty dishes, or enjoyed on its own.
