PRODUCER NOTES
The name is of the founder: Paolo Scavino who established the estate in 1921 in Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of the Langue area and one of the historical townships of Barolo. At the present, there are two other generations of Scavino. Wine is made by thinning the clusters without any compromise: they look for only the essence of Nebbiolo.
