Based in Hawkes Bay, Bridge Pa devotes itself to making the finest quality Syrah to be found in New Zealand. The style that they strive to replicate is the smokey, peppary wines of Hermitage and their wines certainly share some similar characteristics and are made in a natural, unfined and unfiltered style with graceful rather then forceful extraction of the grapes.
