TASTING NOTES
A wine made from Grenache (Garnacha in Spain) in a natural fashion, fermented in large, upright wood containers using wild yeasts. The nose and palate are full of the flavour of dark and red fruit but with a herbal, savoury edge.
PRODUCER NOTES
Grapes in this Bodega are hand-harvested, placed in small cases then cooled for 24 hours to favor a pre-fermentative maceration and slower extraction. The soils are also worked manually producing unique, top quality wines to savour.
