PRODUCER NOTES
The former Girard estate was bought by delicatessen-king Rudd in 1996. Celebrated winemaker David Ramey fashioned the initial releases of Carneros Chardonnay and Napa Reds, and has been replaced by Charles Thomas and more recently, by Sonoma born and raised Patrick Sullivan, who joined Rudd after stints at other prestigious wineries including Peter Michael, Paul Hobbs, and Lewis Cellars.
