'Made from the lesser known 'Albillo' grape, this wine is the creation of the young winemaking talent that is Juan Antonio Ponce. Dry, full-bodied but with great nervy tension that all great wines possess. The palate offers you an array of flavours; red apple, waxed apple and honey. If you like white Rhône this is certainly a wine for you.'
