TASTING NOTES
This excellent wine from one of the top producers of Soave is a blend of Garganega, Chardonnay and Trebbiano which sees no oak. It is vibrant, nutty and with plenty of citrus fruit flavour on the nose and palate.
PRODUCER NOTES
Anselmi makes the antithesis of the popular image of Soave. In fact, he prefers not to use the word on his labels at all, and no wonder, because the quality of his wine is light years ahead of the kind of mass-produced, neutral plonk that was pouring out of this region twenty years ago.
