TASTING NOTES
This beautiful wine is extremely complex, with many layers of flavour from grapefruit to herbs and spices. Bottled unfiltered, the wine is naturally cloudy and is best decanted an hour or so before drinking to bring out its full spectrum of flavours.
PRODUCER NOTES
Stéphanie Rousselle of Château Lassolle makes some very fine natural wines which are bottled unfiltered.
