TASTING NOTES

From the north-east of Italy, near the border with Slovenia come some of the best white wines in the country. Made from Friulano (sometimes known as Sauvignon Vert), this is dry and fresh with a supple, round flavour.

PRODUCER NOTES

Valle are good producers of classic reds and whites from Friuli Venezia Giullia. Always reliable, their whites are well-made and good value.
