CUVéE 732 N.V., CHAMPAGNE JACQUESSON

TASTING NOTES

Cuvée 732 from Jacquesson is made using grapes primarily (74%) from 2004, with the remainder being made up of older reserve wines. All of the fruit for this wine comes exclusively from Grands and Premiers Cru vineyards, the final blend comprising 39% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Meunier and 25% Pinot Noir. The resulting wine is beautifully balanced, complex and delicious.

PRODUCER NOTES

Jacquesson are one of the most exciting producers in the region. As well as producing some superb vintage and prestige cuvee's they have won an enormous following for their cuvee 73? wines, which express the best of the vintage years going into them and are really more akin to vintage Champagne then anything else and can age in the cellar for up to 15 years.
