'Special cuvée aged in oak casks and with a particularly low dosage (sweetening added before final corking). Dry, very fine and long. This bottling seems to me to have been on sale for decades! But this can't be true since it's based on the 2007 vintage. Nicely balanced and grown up. Complex and complete.'

PRODUCER NOTES

Jacquesson are one of the most exciting producers in the region. As well as producing some superb vintage and prestige cuvee's they have won an enormous following for their cuvee 73? wines, which express the best of the vintage years going into them and are really more akin to vintage Champagne then anything else and can age in the cellar for up to 15 years.
