Laurent-Perrier's non-vintage blend is an exceptionally fine Champagne in the aperitif style. Light, elegant and toasty, this is a delicious and complex wine.

PRODUCER NOTES

Laurent-Perrier favour the French or apéritif style of Champagne – lightness, elegance, simplicity – over the more full-bodied character traditionally prized in this country. By far the best wines are the Grand Siècle prestige cuvées, which are complex and long-lived. The Brut NV is a consistent performer though very much at the lighter end of the Champagne spectrum, while the iconic rosé which graced many a 1980s dinner party always seems to go down a treat.
