TASTING NOTES

This Pinot Gris is made with the utmost care to avoid damaging the fruit or otherwise interfering in the natural winemaking process. The result is a wine with real character and plenty of flavour, a world away from the bland Pinot Grigio more commonly seen on supermarket shelves.

PRODUCER NOTES

Owner Bernard LaCroute has spared no expense in making sure everything is done perfectly at this fine estate and his young winemaker, Laurent Montalieu is wasting no time in producing the kind of wines his owner is searching for, fine Pinot Gris and Pinot Blancs of a quality rarely seen outside the top vineyards of Alsace, albeit in a heavier Oregon style.
