TASTING NOTES
The Sauvignon/Semillon blend is most popular in Bordeaux, but it is arguably more successful in the New World, and Australia in particular, where it gives fresh wines of real drinkability. This example from Logan is spot-on, with great freshness, flavour and balance.
PRODUCER NOTES
A small winery founded in 1997, based in the Northbridge area of Orange in New South Wales cultivate fresh and ripe fruit for wines where juiciness, complexity and style are values apparent throughout the whole range of wines, from the toasty, tropical Chardonnay to the sappy Pinot Noir.
