TASTING NOTES
Grüner Veltliner is fast becoming one of the most fashionable grapes in the wine world, and looking at the wines of top producers like Stadt Krems it is easy to see why. This example, from the Wachtberg vineyard is typical. Medium to full-bodied, with an intense spicy flavour and long, complex, dry finish. If you're not going to have it with traditional Austrian food, a good alternative is Indian or Chinese.
