PRODUCER NOTES

Domaine Paul Pernot is a high quality Puligny-Montrachet estate, owned and managed by Paul Pernot and his three sons. About 80% of the wine made there is sold onto merchants who sell it under their own name, but the 20% that they bottle themselves is undoubtedly their finest. These wines are rich, powerful and highly individual, with a silkiness and elegance that leaves them highly sought after.

The estate covers 20 hectares, including wonderful plots in Bâtard Montrachet and several Premier Cru vineyards. Pernot’s whites see around 20% new oak, and are aged for 11-14 months. They also have a small range of red wines which are fantastic value for money.
