TASTING NOTES
On the one hand, this is a fresh, unoaked, pure and delicious Sauvignon Blanc. On the other it’s so much more. Château de la Bonnelière is located in the south of Chinon and only produces natural, organic wines. So while most wines at this price point can be industrial affairs, this is hand-made and cared for in a really unique way.
The wine has lovely clean, citrus fruits on the nose and an apple and pineapple palate. Super complexity and minerality.
PRODUCER NOTES
Château de la Bonnelière is located in the south of Chinon and only produces natural, organic wines. They are extremely fruity but with body and structure, collecting many awards throughout the years.
