TASTING NOTES

The Mâcon Villages from Terres Secrètes has all the hallmarks of classic white Burgundy - exceptionally pure fruit, a dry minerality and layer upon layer of flavour. Great value.

PRODUCER NOTES

Terre Secrete is a range made for us by one of the finest co-operatives in the Macon.

Chardonnay is picked at low yields by some of the finest growers in the region and carefully vinified in the co-ops state of the art cellars.

Designed to be crisp, fresh and complex, the Macon is a wonderful expression of the chardonnay grape, which, incidentally originated in the town of the same name nearby.

The Saint-Veran is sourced from a much smaller patch of land and offers more structure and minerality with greater length than its excellent little brother.

They also make a Pinot Noir which is refreshing yet smooth with great structure and flavours of black fruits and strawberry jam.
