TASTING NOTES
This Riesling is off-dry, with a very intense lime flavour and remarkable freshness. Some CO2 is retained in the bottle giving the wine a very slight spritz, which adds to the overall experience of freshness.

Pegasus Bay is a small family owned and operated vineyard and winery. Meticulous work in the vineyard ensures that they produce small crops of very concentrated grapes.
