Ever since the Judgement of Paris tasting in 1976 the wine world has been forced to sit up and take notice of California’s superb Cabernet Sauvignons. The Napa Valley inparticular has been a hotbed of quality and innovation, and nowadays there are plenty of French accents to be heard as some of the
most famous names in Bordeaux have made Napa their second home.
This tasting will be a celebration of 10 of the best Napa Cabs, including legends like MonteBello, Opus One, Dominus, Cask 23, Montelena, Heitz, Dunn Vineyards and other top names.
