Following on from our Introduction classes to serious Burgundy and Bordeaux, this tasting is for those with intermediate wine knowledge that want to get a deeper understanding of the Champagne region and its wines.

The tasting will look at how Champagne is produced and how it has developed through history. We will taste top drawer examples of all styles, from the major Champagne houses and some of the most esteemed small growers. It will be a great opportunity to get to know your Zero Dosage from your Blanc de Noirs, not to mention a chance to taste some of the big guns from the super prestige category – finishing with Krug, Dom Perignon and Cristal.

We will taste 10 top quality wines from various levels of the quality and style spectrum, all from top producers.
