Ramos Pinto is one of the best port houses in the Douro. All the wines they produce are made with passion, style and precision. This 20 year old tawny is probably one of the most complex and complete tawny ports you will ever taste. It is made from a single estate vineyard of mostly 80 year old vines. An absolute delight, weather you choose to savour it on its own at the end of a meal, to pair with cheeses or a creamy desserts.
Taylor's is one of only a handful of Port houses to still make a 40 year old Tawny Port. Only tiny quantities are made. Decades of evaporation and ageing in wood bring concentration and astonishing complexity. Stunning.
LBV port was developed by Taylors to satisfy the demand for a ready-to-drink alternative to vintage port for everyday consumption. This wine is bottled after four to six years and is ready to drink when bottled.
