Customer Engagement Executive

The role: Customer Engagement Executive (full and part-time roles available)

You are the first port of call for our retail customers. With a combination of efficiency, focus and charm you will deliver excellent service across our sales channels. You will be working from the company HQ in a bright airy office above London Cru, the country’s first urban winery.

Essential:

• 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (or part-time with mornings essential)

• Being calm, proactive and independent in dealing with any issues arising from the customer experience (e.g. delivery issues)

• You don’t need to be a qualified wine specialist, but an interest in wine will be valuable

• Confidence and ability to communicate effectively with customers over email and telephone

Desirable:

Any experience in the following is welcomed but not essential:

• Experience using Photoshop and other Adobe products

• Knowledge of GoogleAds and Analytics and ERP systems

• Social media marketing experience

• Formal wine qualifications and ability to write copy for the website and email campaigns

Fine Wine Sales Support

The role:

You will be working within the fine wine department to support private client and trade sales. You will be providing logistical support on all fine wines sales including EP, broking and stock holding. Additionally, you will have the rare opportunity to assist in the sales and brand building of our stunning portfolio of US fine wines through content generation and events.  

What do you specialise in?

- Being organised and efficient

- Juggling and prioritising a range of different tasks that require multiple skill sets

- Great customer service

What will you be doing?

- Fine wine operations including raising purchase and sales orders, arranging deliveries and organising shipments.

- Data analysis to support sales.

- Content generation on digital platforms to drive sales and build brand awareness.

- Supporting tastings and events.

Trade Sales Manager

The role: 

With a combination of efficiency, knowledge, and charm you will represent our producers across the trade, managing relationships within an already established customer base, while constantly seeking to attract new clients and generate new business. Based at the company HQ in a bright airy office above the London Cru winery in Fulham, this is a field sales role and as such, you will be on the road meeting with customers, while also spending time at Roberson, and external, trade tastings and events. 

What do you specialise in? 

- Wine, excellent knowledge is essential. 

- Relationships with clients and understanding their needs. 

- Sales savvy and commercially aware. 

- Self-sufficient but excels in a busy, social environment.
