We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales person in our Fine Wine team, acheiving and exeeding annual sales targets and objectives.

The fine wine market is changing and we have a great job for someone who wants to be at the heart of this change. Working in a small, dynamic fine wine team you will be selling to both Private Clients and Trade with access to our consumer and restaurant markets.

You’ll be using data analytics to build customer-focused offers and your wealth of knowledge to create excitement and surprise in your campaigns. You will be using digital platforms to drive sales and build brand recognition exploiting both internal and external outlets, whilst keeping across new sales platforms as they evolve.

If you have good business ideas, we have the independence and the experience to fulfil them with you.

In addition to direct sales, this is a wonderful opportunity to represent some of the most exciting fine wine producers in the U.S. Build their brand in the UK and you will build a name for yourself.

Roberson Wine is a multi-award winning independent wine company and in the Harpers Top Ten wholesalers. Famous for our US and French portfolio, we represent some of the most exciting producers in America including Mayacamas, Domaine de la Cote and Kutch. We are home to London’s first urban winery and make small batch production of English wine in our Earl’s Court winery, where we also host events and tastings.

You should be:

  • A good sales person with experience and interest in selling to both trade and private client customers.
  • Knowledgeable about fine wine with an interest in the US fine wine category.
  • Well informed about the industry with a good understanding of the pressures and how the market is changing.
  • IT literate with a keen interest in building business across digital platforms.
  • A highly-motivated self-starter with the initiative to make things happen.
  • Able to initiate and maintain long-term relationships with other organisations and individuals.
  • Resilient and versatile.
  • A creative and lateral thinker.
  • Organised, efficient and with the ability to prioritise.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication with the ability to professionally represent the company.
