TASTING PROFILE:

  • Full of floral elegance and vibrant freshness. Discover notes of Forelle pear and green apples accentuated with a crisp acidity. Layers of white flowers infused with abundant wet rock minerality and an oceanic salinity

IN THE VINEYARD:

  • Location: Las Cimas Vineyard and Siletto Family Vineyards
  • Elevation: 800 feet at Las Cimas, 600 feet at Siletto, encapsulating a diverse terrain profile
  • Soil: Franciscan soils at Las Cimas and alluvial gravely loam at Siletto
  • Viticulture: Organic farming, benefiting from northeast-facing slopes, coastal breezes, and Pacific fog to retain grape freshness 

IN THE WINERY:

  • Grapes are whole cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in concrete eggs and neutral puncheons, with only native yeast used to complete primary and malolactic fermentation
