- This great Languedoc wine has a salty, marine minerality, accompanied by sweet fruits, spice, leather and meatiness. Perfumed and complex on the nose with a long finish on the palate. Full of flavour, concentration and richness, this wine concludes with a long finish.
- Produced from 90% Syrah, plus Grenache and Mourvèdre.
- Nicknamed "the diva of Syrah" by the press, Marlène Soria quickly became well-known among her peers as a tremendously talented winegrower. Her organic and biodynamic vintages, produced in low quantities, are highly prized among wine lovers.
