- This is a very aromatic wine with an outstanding complex bouquet of sweet baking spices, poached pear, saffron, hazelnut, Chantilly cream, slightly toasted brioche, and stone fruits. On the palate, it is bright and youthful, with a juicy natural acidity and a fine mineral structure.
- After harvesting each of the estate vineyards by hand, the fruit is fermented separately in small French oak barrels, where it undergoes full malolactic fermentation and ageing 'sur-lie' for 18 months.
- Named after their Swedish grandmother, 'Sigrid' captures the essence of her being, and the dichotomy of Chardonnay that is the balance between elegance and power.
- Pairs nicely alongside seafood in a butter sauce, or grilled chicken.
- This wine should develop beautifully over the next decade.

This Pinot Noir comes from the Bergström Vineyard's low-yielding vines. Fermentations are natural and spontaneous (a rarity in the U.S.). Pinot Noirs from The Dundee Hills are known for silky, suave tannins and this makes the Bergström Vineyard the perennial iron fist in the velvet glove. This wine is a true labour of love, as one would expect from Bergström. A very serious wine and a classic in the making.
