After mastering Provençal Rosé, Cédric Bourez along with his family started the quest for a characterful estate. One with a natural richness of terroir and a diverse soil profile. They fell in love with Anjou, with incredible old plots of Chenin Blanc, in the best orientation, facing the Layon river. The vines are rooted in volcanic rock called “Spilite” and Loam giving the wine soul and elegant nuances.
