After mastering Provençal Rosé, Cédric Bourez along with his family started the quest for a characterful estate. One with a natural richness of terroir and a diverse soil profile. They fell in love with Anjou, with incredible old plots of Chenin Blanc, in the best orientation, facing the Layon river. The vines are rooted in volcanic rock called “Spilite” and Loam giving the wine soul and elegant nuances.

- A rich, intense wine with incredible acidity and minerality. The wine is driven by notes to ripe stone fruit, dried apricot and honey. The mouthfeel is big and bold and spreads across the palate allowing the full range of flavours to be appreciated. A true expression of terroir!
- The average vine age is 40 years old.
- Fruit is delicately hand harvested and fermented using indigenous yeasts found naturally on the skins of the grapes.
- Drinking beautifully now but also has the potential to age 5 years.
