THE ROSÉ HOUR
The Rosé Hour is our favourite time of day. It's that special time when shadows lengthen, tongues loosen, and the magic starts to happen; the time when friends get together at the end of the day while it’s still warm, and kick off the evening with a perfectly chilled, invigorating and inspiring glass of Provence rosé.
Inspired by the bright spring weather, we organised a little soirée on a rooftop in West London under a pale pink sky. Matched for the occasion were two of Chateau Minuty’s premium cuvées; Prestige and Rose et Or, paired with local British cheeses and very good company.
The ritual of taking a moment to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down marks a transition in our day. We got the camera rolling and put our guests on the spot to capture and share what the Rosé Hour means to them.
