Press Release: Roberson Invests in England's First Grand Cru Vineyard

In a UK first, Roberson Wine is today announcing a joint venture with an historic Burgundy wine estate to invest in vineyard land in south-east England.

The new estate, to be named Domaine Romanee Kenti, will farm approximately 7.5 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines.

The jewel of this new estate, rumoured to be named as England’s first Grand Cru vineyard, is a 0.5 hectare lieux-dit ‘La Tashford’.

DRK’s first wines are expected to be released in 2025. Drinkers interested in sampling England’s incredible terroir are recommended in the interim to try wines from London Cru and other premium English producers.
