"Pale garnet in colour and gorgeously perfumed with blossoms and watermelon, this crisp, blackberry-flavoured rosé juxtaposes zesty black fruit flavours against a deep, penetrating undertone of crushed stone and spice. A stately expression of Tavel that's likely to drink beautifully year-round and for at least another vintage or two to come." Anna Lee C. Iijima, Wine Enthusiast, 93 pts
To the north of Montpellier, in the foothills of the Cevennes Mountains, with some of the highest altitude vineyards in the Languedoc is the Terrasses du Larzac AOC. This fledgling appellation, created in 2005, is strictly reserved to red wines, where Southern French staples Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault & Carignan are grown to produce deep coloured, full bodied, fruit forward wines. Mas des Brousses's expression is unique and not quite like any other we've tried. A perfect balance between Mediterranean warmth with the freshness of Larzac makes for a wonderful Autumnal wine.

This elegant rosé is a vibrant blend of Grenache, Cabernet, Cinsault, and Syrah from the heart of Provence. Expect notes of delicate red berries and citrus, seasoned with a sprinkling of signature Provençal minerality. Tailor-made for sunny salads and sizzling grills. Crafted by the dedicated de la Perrière family at Domaine Sainte Philomène, it's a refreshing taste of the Mediterranean — fresh, elegant, and perfect for toasting to the simple pleasures in life.
In a region dominated by rosés, this special white blend from Domaine Sainte Philomène is a delightful departure from the norm. Made from 80% Vermentino and 20% Ugni Blanc, expect a clean-and-lean profile that's characteristic of Vermentino, but with a twist: an exotic burst of tropical fruits like mango and papaya, tempered by a zesty finish from the Ugni Blanc. This wine, crafted by head winemaker Geoffroy de la Perrière, embodies a fresh, modern vision while still respecting the deep-rooted legacy of this ancient Provençal estate. While it pairs well with a variety of dishes, its light oiliness and hint of tropical fruit make it particularly suited for grilled prawns with a mango salsa or a citrusy, herb-marinated chicken breast. A refreshing testament to the untapped potential of Provence's white wines.
